Experience in retail in any of the following capacity required: marketing, email marketing, merchandising, software sales and consulting.
Must have a proven track record of success establishing relationships and credibility with other Senior Level Executives in Marketing, Merchandising, Analytics and IT.
Knowledge of Cross Channel Retail Business Strategies, Upsell and Cross Sell Strategies, Customer Acquisition, Retention, Reactivation, and Consumer Loyalty.
Knowledge of Analytics Principles and behavior based Strategic Insights.
High energy, motivated, self-starter with an entrepreneurial approach to lead a global sales team.
15-20 combined years of experience in retail, marketing, merchandising, software sales and consulting preferred.
