Requirements

  • Experience in retail in any of the following capacity required: marketing, email marketing, merchandising, software sales and consulting.
  • Must have a proven track record of success establishing relationships and credibility with other Senior Level Executives in Marketing, Merchandising, Analytics and IT.
  • Knowledge of Cross Channel Retail Business Strategies, Upsell and Cross Sell Strategies, Customer Acquisition, Retention, Reactivation, and Consumer Loyalty.
  • Knowledge of Analytics Principles and behavior based Strategic Insights.
  • High energy, motivated, self-starter with an entrepreneurial approach to lead a global sales team.
  • 15-20 combined years of experience in retail, marketing, merchandising, software sales and consulting preferred.
  • Highly competitive, performance based profit sharing compensation package will be offered to candidates wanting to grow with this rapidly growing business.
